Everything was amazing from the very beginning.

The staff was affable, amicable all the time. I was satisfied with the modern room, there were a shower and bath sheets just in case.

The whole room was a nice size and had climate control and multi-channel television. It had a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. Marvellous location of the hotel close to everything. What's more, it was close to malls and eateries, and eateries.

The hotel was located so close to Charlotte and restaurants and malls. I had breakfast in the bar.

The hotel needed repairs.

Loved Charlotte, the hotel was absolutely great in a quiet area. The location was marvellous - really close to malls and eateries, Charlotte and eateries. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Northlake district.

Really helpful staff made the experience here just perfect. The room we had included climate control and multi-channel television. There was a tub too.

I had a very pleasant stay at Residence Inn By Marriott. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room exceeded my expectations – it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying. With its convenient location and quiet surroundings, I would definitely recommend this hotel. a great experience.

Everything was great, including welcoming staff and magnificent location close to everything. Location: the hotel was just next door to a quiet area, malls and eateries, and restaurants. Tried some takeout specials at Jack in the Box, luckily it was at a medium distance from the venue;))

We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding cleanliness, comfort, and modern decor of this hotel. The spacious and comfortable rooms exceeded our expectations, and the fully equipped kitchenette was a bonus. The hot water in the shower was a delight, and the free breakfast offered a good selection of tasty options. The location, in a quiet area but close to restaurants and a Target, was perfect for us. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who offered us water bottles upon arrival.

The hotel could improve by addressing the issue of limited parking during peak times.
